Graduating in law magna cum laude from the University of Liege in 1999, Olivier Robijns has been a lawyer at the Bar of Liege since 1999.
Starting as a trainee and then an junior lawyer with Luc Misson, Olivier Robijns joined the new team being put together by Luc Herve on 1 January 2007.
Within his professional practice, Olivier Robijns specialises in the areas covered by "business law", with a preference for corporate law, commercial law and, above all, tax law.
He has been awarded the title of specialist in tax law by decision of the Conseil de l'ordre des Avocats de Liège (the council of the Liege order of lawyers), having demonstrated that he holds the theoretical and practical knowledge required for the title.
Olivier Robijns contributes to several journals (Revue Trimestrielle de Fiscalité Belge and Pacioli, among others) and helps organise seminars and conferences.
He is also one of the tax experts of the online magazine Fiscalnet, well known to accounting and tax law professionals.
A former editor of CIBLI (European tax law), Olivier Robijns is also an active member of the dynamic Bar-Business Committee set up by the Conseil de l'Ordre des Avocats du Barreau de Liège to promote dialogue between lawyers and the business leaders they assist, advise and represent.
He is also a member of the Specialisation Committee set up by the same organisation.
Olivier Robijns is married. He lives with his wife and their four children.
